Offerings

Practices to return to.

Movement and sound, guided with care — something that stays with you after you leave.

I Movement

Yoga

“Yoga became a practice I could return to wherever life took me.”

As a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, I’ve deepened my understanding through study with teachers from around the world. I carry their lessons into my own teaching, while remaining a student myself.

My hope is that you leave with something that stays — a practice you return to, a connection you keep, or the courage to make room for the life you want.

II Stillness

Sound bath

Restorative sound experiences — space to linger in a moment that feels good, settle into your body, and welcome something unfamiliar.

On the Costa Rica retreat: evening sound baths with Tibetan bowls, gong, and chimes — rest for the nervous system under the forest canopy.
